How much does it cost to use the platform?
For clients, posting requests and receiving offers is free; optionally, the Premium plan (49 RON/month) allows direct requests to a specific craftsman. For craftsmen: a 30-day free trial, then Starter (49 RON/month), Professional (99 RON/month) or Business (199 RON/month).
How are craftsmen verified?
Every craftsman verifies their e-mail address or phone; optionally they upload an ID, the CUI certificate (validated with ANAF) and professional documents. The profile rating comes only from client reviews.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
You can open a dispute from the job page. The before and after photos and your confirmations help clarify the situation; platform mediation is available on request.
How long until I receive offers?
It depends on the craftsmen available in your area and category. You get a notification for every new offer.
Can I choose any craftsman?
Yes, the choice is always yours. We recommend suitable craftsmen, but the final decision is yours.
